An institution since 1984: a stone dining room lined with black-and-white portraits, gingham tablecloths, and a terrace shaded by great plane trees. One set menu, different every day — aïoli on Fridays, spit-roasted Bresse chicken, local lamb — with a nod to the bouchons of Lyon and a legendary platter of aged cheeses.
